Project Cancellations
Life throws curveballs! If you need to cancel your project after work has begun, we’ll happily refund any unused portion of your payment based on the completed work. Just let us know, and we’ll work out a fair solution together.
Project Deposits
Deposits help us kickstart your project. If your plans change, however, we understand. Deposits are fully refundable as long as we haven’t begun work on your website design or development.
Revisions & Adjustments
We want your website to be perfect! Your initial quote includes a generous number of revisions to ensure your vision comes to life. If you need more tweaks, we’ll discuss options with you to keep things smooth and affordable.
Project Delays
If a delay occurs due to unforeseen circumstances on either side, we’ll communicate openly and adjust the timeline as needed. There won’t be any surprise charges for reasonable delays.

Above all, we want you to love your website! If, after all revisions, you’re not completely satisfied with the final product, we’ll offer a prorated refund based on the website’s functionality.
